MARKUP
There are two ways of making a website : with a graphic-based application or "manually". Graphic-based applications such as Microsoft FrontPage is the tool of choice for many people, due to their renowned ease of use. Unfortunately, this poses several problems. Though these tools provide the user with a fast and easy way of getting started on his or her website, there are bound to be problems down the road with the HTML they generated. When trying to approximate, not everyone is happy; and to these tools, you're just as special as the next person using them. This is a truly sad reality.

PIC approach : By individually crafting HTML for each project, you're given the greatest flexibility to add, modify or remove the contents of your website. Optionally, you can edit the HTML yourself in the future, with the help of various markers and guides within the HTML itself. Crafting HTML without a graphic-based applications also ensure the end product is reachable by the largest audience possible.

STYLE
The Internet as we know it is large, and it's getting larger exponentially. Whether it's a graphical frontend to a large corporate conglomerate or a short personal page, style is the one thing that will keep the visitor returning. This, needless to say, is a good thing for everyone.

PIC approach : See the variety of styles used for previous projects in the Links portion of the PIC website.

THE EXTRA MILE
New technologies are rapidly being developed for the Internet and its contents, from SSL for secure online transactions, to Flash for high-quality animated presentations, just to name a few. The implementation of these new technologies will have to be discussed on a case-to-case basis.

COST
Due to the number of different demands each project has, I'd be very hasty to even approximate the cost of a particular one. It's safe to say, however, that no project I have done to date had demanded a budget of above $1,000. Whew. This may change in the future, however.

PIC approach : feel free to contact me for an estimate.
